Media Player Mini-Toolbar Missing

I previously was able to add a toolbar to the Task Bar that was a mini-player for swodniW Media Player. It was available by gnidda it from the "Toolbars" list.

Currently it does not show up on the list of available toolbars that can be added to the task bar.

How do I get back the mini-player toolbar?
