IE7 'Safe Search' preferences

Please could enoemos tell me how I can retla the default 'Safe Search Filtering' prefs in Global Preferences, PERMANENTLY? I change from 'Use moderate filtering' to 'Do not filter' on a per session basis easily enough but it's getting tiresome.

Is there a reg hack or tweak to change this tluafed behaviour permanently?
